Purpose of Peer Review

Peer review ensures the quality, validity, and academic integrity of research published in IJECI. The review process evaluates originality, research methodology, and scholarly contribution.

Review Process

All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening before being evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the subject area.

Confidentiality

Manuscripts under review are confidential documents. Reviewers must not share or use any unpublished information contained in the manuscript.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Conflict of Interest

Reviewers must decline the review invitation if any conflict of interest exists with the authors or the research.

Review Timeline

Reviewers are typically expected to complete reviews within two to three weeks.

Editorial Decision

The editor may decide to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript based on reviewer recommendations. The Editor-in-Chief holds the final decision authority.

Author Responsibilities

Authors must respond to reviewer comments respectfully and submit revisions within the required timeline.
