Providing good healthcare services in schools is important to support the well-being of students, faculty, and staff. At Bohol Island State University (BISU) – Candijay Campus, most clinic tasks were done manually, which sometimes made managing medical records, checking health requirements, preparing reports, and communicating with patients more time-consuming. To help improve these processes, this study developed HEALTHHUB: Clinic Management System, a web-based platform designed to organize clinic operations and make healthcare services more efficient. The system was developed using the Agile Development Methodology with the Scrum framework. Information was gathered through interviews, document review, and observation of the clinic’s current processes. The system was developed using Laravel 12 for the backend and React for the frontend, while PostgreSQL was used as the database. The system also uses K-means clustering to generate summarized health statistics and identify health trends based on consultation records and patient information. The system processes data by collecting patient information through digital forms, storing it in the database, and making it easy for clinic staff to access, update, and use it for reports and daily clinic work. Moreover, from the testing and evaluation of the system, functionality test was conducted and results got a perfect score of 100% which pertains “Excellent” of its functionality. On the other hand, for the usability test the researchers utilized ISO 25010:2011 Model. The usability test results with 26 respondents got 4.89 System Usability Score (SUS) which also an “Excellent” rate. The results showed that the HEALTHHUB system helped organize clinic operations better by reducing paperwork, making records easier to access, improving communication, and supporting better decision-making
